  I took a long time researching organic, non-toxic and non off-gassing mattresses after a terrible experience with another mattress company. Dawn certainly came out tops in every way so I took a trip to visit the showroom. Brett was so patient and helpful explaining everything and assisting me to choose a mattress configuration (there are SO many) which was right for me. Having an existing base that is unusually firm meant that after choosing what seemed to be the correct mattress in the showroom, it didn't feel right when I got it home. Brett worked patiently with me through micro-details over two months to figure out what was not working and how to get the comfort level right. He was calm, warm, genuine and kept his sense of humour the whole way through. And we got there! I'm loving my Dawn mattress now. It feels nothing like an inner-sprung or a foam mattress, it's sort of supportive-marshmallow. You can feel the quality and naturalness in the way it behaves. There is no off-gassing and I sleep so well now, without feeling poisoned. Brett is a guy you can trust to do right by you, he actually wants you to be a happy customer. Thanks Brett, as soon as I saw your sculpture, I knew.

  After hours of research into our next mattress purchase, it became quite overwhelming trying to discern the validity of many of the claims made by the many mattress suppliers. However after coming across Brett at Dawn Latex Mattresses, I felt completely reassured by his genuine and trustworthy personality. Knowing the Australian owned company had been in business for 35 years also inspired confidence in this product.
  Without being able to “test” the mattress as we live in North Queensland, I decided to purchase without ever having seen a latex mattress. After the first night and 1 month on we are extremely happy to have purchased the perfect mattress.
  Thanks ever so much Brett for your assistance and guidance and professionalism. Would recommend a Dawn Latex mattress to all consumers looking to upgrade their bed.

  Brett was very helpful, delivered to Victoria without problems. Took a while to work out the best combination of layers. Now that we have the mattress provides the support for our needs and promotes a restful nights sleep.

  After weeks of visiting local stores in Sydney, we could not find a place that sells natural latex mattresses at an affordable price.
  My hard work researching natural latex retailers finally paid off when I came across Dawn latex mattresses, and decided to give Brett a call.
  He took his time to discuss my needs and has a wealth of knowledge. He was able to recommend me the perfect firmness based on a series of questions.
  Our Mattress took 7 days to arrive and was well packaged.
  The tencel cover is high quality made and very comfortable with the bed sheets on top.
  The mattress is an absolute joy to sleep on; comfortable and supportive. I don't toss and turn before falling asleep anymore. I actually wake up with no more back pain!
  I must have tested over 20 beds and I can honestly say this one​ definitely comes out on top.
  My wife is a hot sleeper and she finds the natural latex quite cool to sleep on. Also she hasn't been yelling at me every time I toss and turn so I guess the mattress provides minimal partner disturbance.
  There is no off gassing; it smells sweet, an indication it is a natural product.
  I know it can be daunting buying on-line but if you have a fairly good idea what your're after and with Brett's 35 years of of expert advice, you really can't go wrong buying from these guys.

  Brett assisted me with some custom-cut latex I needed for seats at very short notice. It was no trouble for him and I received the interstate delivery super fast (within a few days of arranging). The latex was as described: pure, natural and non-toxic, no smell whatsoever. I am ecstatic with the result and service; I will be recommending his business to others.
