Communication and interaction involves both parties. Singling out an individual store as giving poor service when you're DELIVERY order has gone wrong is like reviewing David Jones Rundle Mall for the pants you ordered via Catch of the Day or eBay. And why wouldn't you follow it up via the way you ordered it?!? Resolution out of a magic hat?
